A: Please check if you have selected the correct source for recording. Secondly, make sure the recording volume is not pointed to zero. Check our recording tutorials for more guide.
Q02: Can I remove the voice from a sound track, completely?
A: No, you cannot fully remove the voice from a track. Any program that promises to remove voices completely from a sound track will also remove any sound near the voice in the stereo spectrum.

Q04: Does WaveMax Sound Editor handle ID3 tags?
A: Yes, it allows users to add or remove ID3v1. If you select WMA and MP3 as output formats, you can edit the Tag information for the files.
Q05: Why did I fail to extract and encode MP3 from Audio CD?
A: There are maybe two problems:
1. Your CD-ROM doesn't support audio data extraction. In this case, SpeedBurn Disc Maker can't work at present. You can try other applications which support analog access method if you can play your CD with the sound card. The default CD-ROM type was set incorrect and doesn't accord with your CD-ROM;
2. Some sectors of your CD were damaged. In order to keep perfect quality copies of the original music, SpeedBurn Disc Maker will stop extracting when meet error sectors and tried several times. You can clean your CD and try again.
Q06: What is the difference between DVD-R and DVD+R?
A: DVD-R (DVD dash R) was developed by Pioneer. It is designed to be a recordable format compatible with DVD Video players and DVD ROM drives. This standard was approved by the DVD Forum and has been adopted by many DVD equipment manufacturers.
Due to the fact that such standards are based on numerous patents, where the licensing of these patents costs manufacturers who do not own the patents substantial royalties in order to produce compatible equipment or media, a separate consortium of manufacturers decided that their financial interests would be best served by developing a competing recordable format. This format is known as DVD+R. The consortium is known as the DVD+RW alliance.
Q07: I downloaded some video files, but when I tried to burn them to a DVD I received the following error message: "The files you are trying to add to your DVD playlist do not contain any compatible video files. Please check your files and try again." What happened?
A: It is possible that, although the torrents you downloaded were categorized as "videos", they didn't actually contain any compatible video files within them. DVD Burn looks deep into the heart of each and every file in your playlist to attempt to divine it's true nature. Sadly, sometimes torrents are not what they seem, especially if their contents are compressed into multiple RAR files. If you are certain that the file is a pure video but you are still getting this error, please check the support resources for more information.
Q08: What does AudioCool Audio Converter do?
A: AudioCool Audio Converter takes one (or more) audio tracks and converts them from one audio format (like DTS or AAC) into another (like AC3 or MP3).
Q09: I want to capture the current image of my movie, is it possible and how to get it?
A: If you like the current image of your video you can use the "Snapshot" option. Just click the "Snapshot" button the image will be saved.
Q10: Which disc burner should I buy?
A: It is hard to say that one format is better than the other. Neither has significant advantages over the other. Both are good but not perfect in terms of their ability to create discs that are playable in most set-top DVD players. The bottom line is that you should pick a burner that suits your requirements, and buy media designed for your burner. The good news is that there are new burners that now support both -R and +R.
Q11: Does AudioCool Audio Converter support batch conversions?
A: Yes, with the inbuilt batch conversion engineer, you can convert tons of audio files at once and you will be released from mass conversion work.
Q12: Is it legal to download the online FLV video to my PC?
A: Yes, it is legal. When you watch an online FLV video in flash from a website (like YouTube.com), the video will be automatically downloaded to the "Temporary Internet Files" folder of your hard disk. That means that the file is saved on your computer while you watch the video and there remains until you delete it. Our application does the same thing and it allows you to choose the download folder. However, the downloaded FLV files should be for individual use only. We suggest you not to convert any authorized material.
Q13: I have finished the conversion to the iPod/iPhone/Apple TV; what do I need to do so that I can transfer the output files into my iPod?
A: Do you have iTunes installed? It is a must. Please download it from www.apple.com. The transferring job must be done by this tool.
Q14: What kind of payment options are accepted?
A: We accept online ordering through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB). Other offline options are through check, money order. Alternatively, you can also pay with PayPal.
